PlanetKit 2.10.0 enable video

From PlanetKit 2.10.0, switching to a video call during an audio call is supported.

It is possible to switch to a video call during a 1:1 audio call or audio group call. In the case of 1:1 call, you can selectively choose whether or not to switch depending on the other party's video call switch request.
