Network firewall settings
LINE Planet interacts with the application in two ways: server and client.
A client means a client application that integrates PlanetKit SDK. A client can be on a network that is subject to firewall rules. To troubleshoot issues caused by the firewall, see LINE Planet firewall outbound rules for app clients.
Some applications might also use server-side access control. In this case, see LINE Planet firewall inbound rules for app servers to receive server callbacks.

LINE Planet firewall outbound rules for app clients
If your application cannot make a call or join a group call (conference), and disconnects with SERVICE_HTTP_ERROR, you must check your network connection status or network firewall settings.

LINE Planet firewall inbound rules for app servers
If the source IP of LINE Planet Cloud is blocked, the application server cannot receive any server callbacks. If the application server uses a policy that filters the caller's source IP, refer to the following table to allow access from LINE Planet Cloud.
